The response to stressors in wild animals: an integrative approach

Project description

Our research group conducts studies on the physiological response to acute and chronic stressors (extreme temperatures, dehydration, environmental changes of anthropic origin, among others), adding information from observations and experiments in the laboratory and in the natural environment. These studies seek the integration of information from different levels of biological organization, interpreted from a functional perspective, evolutionary and biological conservation.
